We may also collect technical and usage information automatically when you use the service, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring pages, page views, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and information about how you interact with projects, renders, and AI-assisted features.

- Process subscriptions, payments, and billing-related activity.
- Enable video creation, rendering, storage, and AI-assisted workflows.

5. Payments
If you purchase a paid subscription or other services, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our own servers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as billing status, subscription state, partial payment method details, and transaction identifiers.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the platform, such as payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, security providers, and customer support tools where applicable.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or protect users and the public. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, complete transactions, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. By using FrameGenius, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value and do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of our current business model.

11. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track feature that lets you signal to websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, FrameGenius does not currently respond to them in a standardized way.
12. Children's Privacy
FrameGenius is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, legal requirements, or the platform. When we do, we will update the last updated date on this page. Your continued use of FrameGenius after any update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
