1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FrameGenius, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
FrameGenius provides a cloud-based platform for video creation, editing, rendering, asset handling, and AI-assisted creative workflows. We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as the service evolves.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use FrameGenius. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Some features of FrameGenius may require payment. Paid features, subscriptions, usage-based access, or future premium tools may be billed through third-party processors such as Stripe. By purchasing paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want continued billing.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically result in a refund for charges already paid.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@framegenius.studio.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, store, generate, or create through FrameGenius, including project data, media, prompts, and rendered outputs, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the service.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your content and that your content does not violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights.
7. AI-Assisted Features
FrameGenius may provide AI-assisted tools that generate, transform, classify, summarize, edit, or otherwise process content. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or not suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before relying on it or distributing it.
We do not guarantee that AI-related outputs will be unique, error-free, lawful, or fit for any specific purpose.
8. Acceptable Use
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not upload, submit, or generate content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of others.
- Do not use the platform to distribute malware, spam, fraudulent material, or harmful code.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or related infrastructure.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, abuse, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.
- Do not use FrameGenius to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.
- Do not use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair FrameGenius.
9. Intellectual Property
FrameGenius and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-Party Services
FrameGenius may integrate with or rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, email delivery, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, or other platform functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to FrameGenius at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay required fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will end immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
FrameGenius is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameGenius and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the last updated date on this page. Your continued use of FrameGenius after any updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
